All in-stock orders are dispatched within two calendar days. Our sales team will contact you after your order has been placed and confirmed to arrange a delivery time before it is dispatched. Orders received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day being Monday to Friday.
Customers have the option of picking up their products from our offices or having it delivered to them at a small fee. Delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered, the destination and whether you choose an insured or uninsured shipping option. Delivery options are available on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your cart.
If a parcel is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges if they wish for the parcel to be redelivered.
